I downloaded the GTA3.exe from this site to fix the darker cars issue and then DxWND but when I ran the program as administrator, added GTA 3 and tried to run the windowed game, I only received an error about not finding 640x480 resolution. I have Windows 10 and purchased GTA III through Steam.
I've been trying to start speedrunning GTA 3, but the game launches in fullscreen when trying to use DxWND.
